All services begin with an application that is taken over the phone by a CARES volunteer.  Please call us at 1.630.369.0200 to complete your application or to make an appointment.   Naperville CARES is a volunteer organization which is staffed Monday and Friday, 9:00am to 1:00pm and Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, 9:00am-4:00pm.  If you prefer, you can send an email message.

  • Go west on Ogden to Mill Street.
