Rental Deposit Program
Our rental deposit program helps our clients to pay the initial security deposit that can sometimes be a roadblock to acquiring affordable housing. Qualified clients may obtain one-time assistance with a portion of an initial security deposit payment. Please read the following testimonial about this program:

Qualifications:
- New residence must be in Naperville.
- Will need to show proof of new apartment rent and security deposit.
- If client has a Section 8 voucher, final DHA inspection letter must be submitted before assistance can be determined.
- Must show proof of income to pay rent and utilities once apartment is secured.
